Car Care Wizards Terms and Conditions We appreciate your business! Please read and agree to our terms and conditions when booking with Car Care Wizards. We prioritize your privacy and will not sell or rent your information. We may occasionally email monthly specials and use third parties for communication. Privacy and Security Your personal info is used only for service purposes and won't be shared without consent. Vehicle photos/videos for social media will exclude personal info. Weather-Related Rescheduling Adverse weather may affect our services. We’ll contact you to reschedule if necessary. Arrival Time A 1-hour grace period is allowed for arrival. We'll inform you if we're more than an hour late. Service Duration and Access Service times vary by package and vehicle condition. Ensure accessible parking for mobile services. Payment Due upon service completion. We accept cash, cards, electronic payments, checks, and digital wallets. Invoices are electronic unless requested otherwise. Personal Belongings Remove personal items before our arrival. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items. Final Inspection Inspect the vehicle post-service. We'll address missed areas if pointed out immediately. Cancellations Provide 24 hours' notice for rescheduling or cancellation to avoid a $35 fee. Pre-Existing Damages We are not responsible for pre-existing damages and won't correct them unless included in your service. Right to Refuse We reserve the right to refuse service if demands are unreasonable or exceed the booked service. *Additional charges may apply for heavily soiled or abnormal vehicle conditions. Services are subject to sales tax, which will be added when paying after the services are completed.
